As of November 29th, 2024, the Beastie and Bone online shop does not ship to the following countries:
Canada:
Due to the current strike of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Beastie and Bone is pro-union and supports this strike, please support labor unions!
European Union and the United Kingdom:
Updated regulations by the European Commission for shipments into the EU and UK have made it near impossible for small businesses without dedicated legal teams and shipping teams to adhere to, on top of affecting import and duty fees.
Turnaround:
Orders are typically packed on Tuesday and Friday mornings each week. While the Beastie and Bone online shop will remain open throughout December, all order processing for the week of December 22nd, 2024 will be pushed back to December 27th, 2024 in observance of the Christmas holiday.

Cancellations:
Orders placed through www.beastieandbone.com may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, email beastieandbone@gmail.com with your name and order number, and state your wish for the order to be cancelled. This is the only method of cancelling an order that will be accepted. Other attempted methods (via social media comment or message, for example) shall not be accepted.
Refunds:
Beastie and Bone only processes returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders placed through www.beastieandbone.com in the case of incorrect delivery or incorrect order due to a mistake on the part of Beastie and Bone. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information for the fulfillment and shipping of your order.
Damaged/Incorrect/Lost Delivery:
If your order is damaged, please email beastieandbone@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Hold on to any damaged item(s) and/or packaging to help with damage claims, and Beastie and Bone will be in touch with you to come to a resolution, be it offering you an e-gift card, replacements (if possible) for damaged items, or a refund. Turnaround and delivery time on resolutions will vary.
If your order included incorrect items, please email beastieandbone@gmail.com within 30 days and provide your full name, order number, and a list of the incorrect items. You will be sent a prepaid packing slip to use on USPS Flat Rate Shipping to return the incorrect items. Once Beastie and Bone has received the incorrect items, the correct items will be shipped to you via USPS Flat Rate shipping within 5 business days, with delivery taking 1-3 business days.
Currently, the overwork of the USPS postal system due to Covid-19 is causing lengthly delays on some orders, and can make them appear lost. Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered to you, and refer to the tracking information provided by USPS (if the shipping option you selected included it) for locating your order. Beastie and Bone does not have additional tracking information, so this is your best option for knowing what has happened if your order appears lost.
If the USPS cannot locate your order after two months of its ship date, please email beastieandbone@gmail.com with your full name and order number and explain your situation, and we’ll see what we can do to help!
If your order has not been delivered due to an error on your part (incorrect address, for example) there is, unfortunately, nothing that can be done. You are responsible for providing accurate information for shipping and delivery at the time of order placement, so please make sure to double check your shipping information at check-out!
Returned Orders:
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted with both a request for an updated, correct address, and an invoice to cover the additional shipping charges of shipping your order out again. Once both the updated shipping address and the payment for the second shipping have been received, your order will be shipped out to you within 3-5 business days.
If you do not respond to the initial attempt to contact you concerning an order returned due to an error on your part within seven days, you will be contacted again. If you do not respond within thirty days of this second attempt, your order is forfeit.
Beastie and Bone does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reason not listed above at this time.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds as described above are applicable only for orders placed through beastieandbone.com. Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Shipping Turnaround:
All items personally produced in-house by Beastie and Bone ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping typically occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays every week unless otherwise noted (such as shop closures for holidays).
All orders are shipped via USPS with the exception of large framed art, which is shipped via UPS. Domestic print orders ship via Ground Advantage (delivery 2-5 business days) and small framed art via Priority Mail (delivery 1-3 business days). International print orders First Class International (delivery varies by country) and small framed art via Priority Mail International (delivery 6-10 days).
Certain items available on www.beastieandbone.com are produced and shipped by third-party vendors, and are subject to separate turnarounds and in addition are packaged and shipped separately from items produced in-house by Beastie and Bone.
International Fees:
The majority of products and art produced in-house by Beastie and Bone are shipped internationally via USPS, while framed art 8”x10” and larger are shipped via UPS.
All orders of products or art produced in-house by Beastie and Bone and shipped internationally may be subject to assorted fees such as import taxes and/or tariffs in your country, which are determined upon the package’s arrival in your country. As the import recipient, you are responsible for covering these fees upon receipt of the delivery. The shipping fee charged by Beastie and Bone at checkout of www.beastieandbone.com covers only packaging and handling fees, and actual shipment fees.
Order Refusal:
Beastie and Bone reserves the right to refuse orders at any time.
